Day 27 – November 27, 2015


I didn’t do one better today. In fact, I probably did 4 worse. But alas, it’s a new day tomorrow and this day will be in the past…



  1. I did 4 walks today for a total of 21,971 steps at least so far. I’m done walking outside for the day so any more steps will be just what I do in the house.
  2. I’m having a very Healthy Thanksgiving Dinner tonight. I did all Weight Watcher Recipes.
    We are having Turkey, Homemade Cranberry Sauce, Roasted Vegetables, Pumpkin Apple Muffin, Sliced Fresh Pear and a Small Glass of White Wine. Then Pumpkin Pie for Dessert with a little Fat Free Whip Cream on top.

    I’m determined not to put on any weight during the Holidays.




  1. Well we didn’t get out with friends like planned but Dave did take me out of the house…we ate at Wendy’s where I had a bbq ranch chicken salad.
  2. Lots is water was consumed.
